Kitchen re-do

We have been in this house for almost four years now and have done nothing in the kitchen, until now! We painted, tore off the granite up the back wall, added a tile back splash, added knobs to the cabinets and my friend Darcy who is a awesome sower redid and updated the drapes and valance. I love love love my kitchen.

Birthday Girl

Yesterday our little Ellie Lynn turned four! She has been looking forward to being a year older for awhile now. I forgot to take a picture of the table, Ellie wanted a Star Wars themed birthday this year. I tried to talk her into something a little more "girly" but she is her own person with her own ideas so mom lost a battle. Happy Birthday Ellie we love you so much and you are such a joy in our family.
