Don't ya have friends in your life that you just love and every time your around them you have such a good time, well that's how we feel about the Crazy Browning family. I have known them since high school and now they live a hour away from us (well for now) and evey time we get together I have so much fun with them. Tonight they came over for some yummy Hamburgers (Ken, they were perfect again) and some good times. The girls had so much fun laughing and playing in the sandbox, they all were just so cute together. We are so blessed to have such wonderful friends in our life.

What went down this week...

First of all Ellie went back to Utah with grandma and grandpa Sorensen on Monday and stayed with them and with out us or her sisters (yea she thinks she is so big and loves to rub it in Maci's face that Maci did not get to go) No offence to Ellie but it was fun to spoil Maci this week and just have some good quality time with her. We did miss Ellie very much and we were ready for her to come back home on Saturday.
Maci got to have her friend Hero over to spend the night and have a sleepover (yep, that is the girls name...Hero) they had alot of fun and stayed up way past my bedtime.
I went with some girlfriends (Cassie, Tracy and Kim) and got expensive pedicures and was overcharged for... well lets not get started on pedicure thing, but I did have a Awesome time laughing and hanging out with some grownups. It was some much needed "me" time.
Ken has been in town all this week which has been really nice having him home, the girls and I are just happier when he is here.
Now for the part of the week which just plain sucks. I have had to take the van in about four times now in the past two weeks because the air does not work. We won't go into how much it has cost, lets just say I could of bought a few Coach Purses and had been much happier than I am now. The Van is Still Busted with NO AIR, do you hear me people NO AIR!! I take it in again tomarrow to the same guy, why you ask? Because we have already paid him so much money, I figure he better figure it out now and not charge us, it just make me sick.
Some good news this week is that Presley has just up and decided to start walking, she is no longer crawling and just as proud as can be that she is a big girl now. She is so cute with her little self just walking around the house and outside it is fun to watch her on the go.
Well that's about it.

Happy Birthday Presley

Happy Birthday Presley Jean. I can't believe that my baby is a year old tomorrow. She has brought us so much joy in our family and we love her so much.
Presley loves to dance to music, and she try's so hard to keep up with her big sisters. At age one she has already developed a little attitude and she does this high pitch sequel if she is not happy. She loves to go up the stairs and explore the rooms (I think she just trys to get away from Ellie). She loves to play with her little baby's and anything that Maci and Ellie have she wants it. Her favorite food is bananas and Cheerios, she loves peas, cheese, pancakes, bread, and peaches. She won't eat unless we are eating with her and she has to have her blanket when she lays down for a nap. Her favorite time of the day is when daddy is coming home from work, I seriously thinks she knows when it is about 5:30 because everyday about that time is goes to the window by the door and looks outside waiting for him to come home, and when he does she just gets so excited (what a little daddy's girl). She is my little helper during the day, she follows me from room to room and loves to get into the drawers around the house and pull things out. We love you so much PJ and we are so glad that you are in our family, we hope you have a wonderful Birthday.

Happy Fathers Day

Happy Fathers Day to all.
I hope that all the dads out there have a excellent fathers day tomorrow.
Dad thank you so much for being a great dad, I love you so much, thanks for not going too ballistic when I would hide my meat in the ashtrays of the car and blame it on Jamie, and thank you for setting such a great example to me in findding someone like you. I love you DAD!
Ken, WOW! What a great dad you are to our little girls, I love to sit back and just watch you play with them, even when you play Polly's. They look up to so much and I know that they Love you with all their hearts. Happy Fathers Day.

Male or Female

My friend emailed this to me and I thought it was laugh out loud funny, enjoy.

Male or Female? You might not have known this, but a lot of non-living objects are actually either male or female. Here are some examples:
FREEZER BAGS: They are male, because they hold everything in, but you can see right through them.
PHOTOCOPIERS: These are female, because once turned off; it takes a whileto warm them up again. They are an effective reproductive device if the right buttons are pushed, but can also wreak havoc if you push the wrong Buttons.
TIRES: Tires are male, because they go bald easily and are often overinflated
HOT AIR BALLOONS: Also a male object, because to get them to go anywhere, you have to light a fire under their butt.
SPONGES: These are female, because they are soft, squeezable and retain water.
WEB PAGES:Female, because they're constantly being looked at and frequently getting hit on.
TRAINS: Definitely male, because they always use the same old lines for picking up people.
Egg timers are female because, over time, all the weightshifts to the bottom.
HAMMERS: Male, because in the last 5000 years, they've hardly changed at all, and are occasionally handy to have around.
THE REMOTE CONTROL: Female. Ha! You probably thought it would be male, but consider this: It easily gives a man pleasure, he'd be lost without it, and while he doesn't always know which buttons to push, he just keeps trying

Potty Humor

No this is not my bathroom nor is it my kid, but this is what Presley did today. Ugh, I know it is so gross to even think about. I was on the phone today and then all of a sudden Maci is in the family room yelling "mom, mom come get Presley" I run around the corner to find my little daughter with her tummy on the seat, feet off the floor and her head in the toilet. It grosses me out even to type this. I pulled her away and she was fine (can you imagine having a child drown in the toilet) but the little "turd" (no pun intended) was so upset at me for taking away her fun, I mean she was having a blast just splashing around and having a good old time in there. YUCK, YUCK, YUCK!!!!

Kens business trip

This is what Ken was doing today on his "business trip" he called and they went to Idaho to the Payette River to go water rafting. He said that he was having a blast the river was perfect and he got some good thrills out of it, he said he hit some spots that were ranked 3 and 4's. Boy I'll tell you sometimes my husbands job is so dang rough that I just feel so bad for the poor guy.

I Love this Girl, but...

I need some good advice. Eliie has a little problem called "holding your breath syndrome" I know weird name and it sounds like something I made up, but it's not. It is an actual problem among some little toddlers. What she does is if she does not get her way and becomes really upset she screams and screams until she holds her breath and then she passes out cold on the floor. We took her to the Pediatrician and we were told that she would outgrow it about the age of three, well she stopped doing it for awhile and now the past two weeks she does it about everyday and sometimes two times a day. It seems like she is getting worse, and I feel like sometimes I just want to let her have her way because then she will stop crying, but then I am creating a monster. Sunday after church she did it again and Ken had a hard time getting her to come out of it. She passed out fell back hit her head on the tile, eyes rolled back into her head and lips turned bright purple. It scared us so much, we called 911 and then she came back out of it. When she wakes up out of it she does not remember anything at all. We have tried trying to distract her when I see it coming and she is so stubborn that it does nothing, I can't give her what she wants all the time and letting her cry about something sets her off.
Sorry, I just had to vent and see if anyone has some advice that we have not thought of yet, thanks for listening.

Mamma Mia

The day has finally arrived!!!! Last Night was great. Some good friends of ours, Rex and Becky, and Berg and Kendra and of course us, all had a night out on the town. The night was so much fun, filled with laughing, dancing and yards of spandex. We first went to The Cheesecake Factory (favorite place to eat) and then walked over to the Denver Performing Arts to see Mamma Mia. We loved it. It was so good to get into and just sing along to all the Abba songs. Dancing Queen happens to be a favorite song of mine, now I just need a cool neon spandex outfit-oh, sorry for the visual, and afterwards for those that have seen the play we "dot, dot, dot". Thanks Johnsons we had so much fun.
